FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Can you make custom candles for my event?
    Yes. Custom candles (including a custom label) are available in multiple sizes. Pricing is dependent on candle size. These are perfect for wedding favors, baby showers, corporate gifts, etc. You name it - I can make it.
  • Do you offer local pickup?
    Yes. Local pickup is available in Bargersville, Indiana. This is based on my availability but I can typically have your order ready for pickup within 1-3 business days. You will select "Local Pickup" at Checkout.
  • What are your shipping details?
    I currently offer $8 flat rate shipping. All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow 7 business days for holidays and sales.
  • What kind of wax do you use?
    I use 100% soy non GMO certified soy wax. No toxins, carcinogens or pollutants.
  • Are your candle fragrances safe to burn in my home?
    All fragrances are 100% phthalate free, paraben free, and in compliance with IFRA standards.
  • Do you offer reduced pricing for wholesale and bulk orders?

  • What size are the candles?
    Each ceramic vessel is 3.5" tall and 3" wide. The vessel is 12 ounces, holding at least 9 ounces of wax. Average burn time is 50+ hours. See Candle Care for tips to ensure you are getting the longest and cleanest burn possible.
  • What size are the wax melts?
    Each resealable wax melt container comes with 6 cubes of wax that are 2.4 ounces each. Use with a wax warmer for up to 8-12 hours per cube.
  • What is your return policy?
